Beluga Caviar is the King of caviar. Made of the roes of Huso Huso sturgeon fish, which can weigh over one ton and is the largest among the sturgeon family, the size of the Beluga Caviar is the largest among all caviar, reaching up to 4.0 mm in diameter.
The color of the roes is ranging from elegant light sliver to pearly grey, with a luminous shade.
How It Tastes?
Beluga Caviar is best known for its extremely delicate and creamy texture. Its flavor is incredibly buttery yet balanced with lingering mouthfeel. The finish of the Beluga Caviar is long and intense, thanks to its smoothness and refined aroma.
Beluga Caviar is prepared malossol (thinly salted). It is suggested to serve Beluga Caviar directly spooned into the mouth, or with blinis and a layer of crème fraîche, and always cold.
