Shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for any purchase in Hong Kong.  Delivery of order with caviar will be made on the next business day if order is placed before 4PM; order received after 4PM will be delivered to you in 2 business days.

Orders without caviar will be delivered in no more than 3 working days after order is successfully placed. 

Our door-to-door delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying island areas: Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport; the following outlying island areas will be arranged as follows:

Ma Wan:
Free face-to-face handover at Central Pier 2 or Tsuen Wan Pier; or
HK$300 delivery fee for to-door delivery by delivery van* 

Cheung Chau:
Free face-to-face handover at Central Pier 5; or
HK$300 delivery fee for to-door delivery by delivery van* 

Mui Wo:
Free face-to-face handover at Central Pier 6; or
HK$300 delivery fee for to-door delivery by delivery van* 

Discovery Bay:
Free face-to-face handover at Central Pier 3 or Tung Chung MTR station; or
HK$300 delivery fee for to-door delivery by delivery van* 

Lantau Island, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shuikou, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O:
Free face-to-face handover at Tung Chung MTR station; or
HK$300 delivery fee for to-door delivery by delivery van*

If you would like your order to be delivered at specific date and time, you may put your request on the order note, or contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9542 0720). 

If you would like to have urgent or same-day delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9542 0720) for prompt arrangement. 

Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above:
Delivery will be suspended and to be resumed subjected to the weather. If delivery  is not able to continue, we will postpone the delivery to the following business day.
