Refund policy
Our policy lasts 5 calendar days. If 5 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and On-Sale products are exempt from being returned.
Return or exchange of merchandise will be through free pick up from us at the delivery address within a limited period.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment means including but not limited to credit card within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise specified. Oh! Caviar reserves the right on how the refund is being processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email, whatsapp or facebook inbox and we will arrange a specific time for free pick up and exchange with you.
